Product Manager, Regulatory Technology
Wolt is seeking a Product Manager to enhance its global regulatory and compliance technology, encompassing areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), safeguarding, tax, and licensing compliance across over 40 markets. This role involves developing RegTech products that ensure the platform's compliance, auditability, and scalability. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into effective product solutions.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the strategy and execution of Wolt's compliance technology stack by building internal tools, APIs, and automation for regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, audit readiness, invoicing, and tax compliance. The Product Manager will own product initiatives from identification through execution, working alongside engineering and design teams. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with Licensing Services, Tax, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to understand evolving regulations and develop scalable solutions that support global business operations.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of EU regulatory frameworks, including AML/CTF, KYC and KYB, Payments Regulations, Tax regulations, and Invoicing systems. Experience in translating legal or compliance requirements into product solutions is essential. Strong product management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, discovery, and execution, are required. Technical and analytical fluency, familiarity with financial services infrastructure, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also important. A minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience, with expertise in Fintech, Payments, RegTech, or Financial Services, is preferred.
