ROLE OVERVIEW
WE’RE HIRING A PRODUCT MANAGER, PLATFORM TO OWN THE LOOP BETWEEN PROTEGE’S FORWARD-DEPLOYED SOLUTIONS TEAMS AND OUR INTERNAL DATA PLATFORM, ATLAS. THIS IS A FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND HIRE FOCUSED ON TURNING REPEATED BESPOKE DELIVERY WORK INTO REUSABLE PLATFORM CAPABILITY.

This is not a backlog-management or sprint-coordination role. It is a product role centered on pattern recognition, sharp scoping, strong writing, and close partnership with the teams doing the work in the field.

At its core, the job is to decide what should become Atlas product capability, what should stay bespoke for now, and how to build the operating rhythm that makes those decisions trustworthy and repeatable.

What You’ll Do

Own the bespoke-to-platform loop

- Stay close to what Solutions teams are building in the field, including ingestion patterns, transformation workflows, and delivery formats.

- Identify what is truly repeatable versus what is one-off, and translate repeated patterns into platform opportunities.

- Drive the process by which manual delivery work becomes reusable Atlas capability.
