Product Manager- GMP+ IRCA trainings

Eurofins is seeking a Product Manager to lead the GMP+ and IRCA training programs within its Food Assurance Business in India. This role is based in Okhla, New Delhi, and focuses on expanding the company's certification and training services across the country. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in the personal care product sector.

The Product Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for personal care product certification services. Key duties include conducting audits and training sessions in accordance with established criteria, staying updated on regulatory and industry requirements, and maintaining qualifications in various standards such as BRCGS Food, Packaging, FSSC, ISO 22000, and GMP+. Additionally, the role involves mentoring technical executives and auditors, supporting operational activities, and ensuring timely turnaround of audit reports.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Science, and have completed lead auditor courses in standards like BRCGS, FSMS/FSSC/QMS, or equivalent. A minimum of five years of experience in operations, technical roles, or audits within a certification body is required, along with at least four years in the food industry, preferably in production or quality departments. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
