As a Product Manager for Court Filing at InfoTrack US, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing solutions that streamline the litigation process. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in court filing and the legal ecosystem to drive product performance and profitability. This position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the internal advocate for clients, articulating their needs and challenges across teams, and building strong client relationships to foster open communication. You will stay current with state court and filing changes, ensuring timely and accurate communication within the organization. Additionally, you will own the product lifecycle from awareness and acquisition through retention and revenue, partnering with sales, marketing, and support to drive adoption and growth.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in court filing or related legal roles, such as attorney, paralegal, court clerk, legal operations, or legal support services. Additionally, you should possess at least four years of product management experience within a technology company, including cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams. A strong understanding of B2B transactional platforms is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

InfoTrack US offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $102,000 to $172,000, plus bonus opportunities.
