Product Counsel

Nex is seeking a Product Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor for its Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design, and Marketing teams. This role involves guiding the company through the entire product lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on privacy and children's privacy compliance. The Product Counsel will be instrumental in establishing and managing Nex's privacy program, ensuring adherence to regulations such as COPPA, and addressing legal considerations related to AI-driven data collection and consent processes. Additionally, the role encompasses advising on consumer protection, intellectual property, and emerging AI regulations as Nex introduces new hardware features, games, and Play Pass content.
