Procurement Process Manager
BrainRocket is a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. With a team of 1,300 professionals operating in multiple countries, including Portugal, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Process Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. This role is pivotal as we transition into a critical phase of optimizing our recently implemented procurement systems, ensuring data integrity, and scaling our operations.
The Procurement Process Manager will serve as the primary administrator for our procurement systems, managing user permissions, troubleshooting system errors, and refining approval workflows to enhance speed and compliance. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive training resources to ensure effective system usage, leading end-to-end sourcing activities and high-value negotiations across various categories, and building strong relationships with key vendors to monitor performance and lead quarterly business reviews. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the integrity of supplier master data and spend analytics, translating raw system data into actionable executive reports, and aligning procurement policies with system capabilities to ensure a seamless experience for internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in procurement, demonstrating both strong negotiation skills and proficiency in managing live Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms. Experience in sectors such as Construction, Facilities Management, Public Relations/Events, Travel, Human Resources, or Technology (Software and Hardware) is advantageous. A proven track record of optimizing existing processes or systems through training and configuration edits is essential, along with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
