Process Specialist - Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc.

Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc. is seeking a Process Specialist to join our Technology Transfer team. This role serves as a vital link between Research and Development, Operations, and clients, focusing on the development and implementation of safe, scalable, and compliant manufacturing processes within our cGMP facilities. Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc. specializes in complex active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and offers a dynamic environment for professionals passionate about pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The Process Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design processes that scale from gram to multi-kilogram quantities. Responsibilities include generating and reviewing Master Batch Records, providing technical support during manufacturing campaigns, and ensuring operational readiness through batch scheduling and material availability reviews. Additionally, the role involves representing Operations in project meetings and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Candidates should possess a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, life sciences, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and compliance, and excellent communication skills are essential. The position is open to entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow within a high-performing technical environment.

The starting annual base compensation for this position is $65,000 CAD.
