Process Mapping & Analysis Intern

Eurofins is seeking a motivated and analytical Process Mapping & Analysis Intern to join our team in Milan North-East (Vimodrone Site, Metro Verde: Cascina Burrona) for a 6-month internship. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to an international corporate environment and develop strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills within a global leader in life sciences.

The intern will be responsible for mapping and documenting current business processes at the Italian entity level, collecting and reviewing Group-level process documentation, performing gap analyses between local practices and Group standards, identifying inconsistencies and potential optimization opportunities, supporting the definition of standardized workflows aligned with Group requirements, preparing clear and structured documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather relevant information.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (Economia Aziendale) or Management Engineering (Ingegneria Gestionale), be fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level), have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured and detail-oriented mindset, good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular), the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive monthly internship allowance and 8-euro meal vouchers for each working day through our partnership with Edenred. Interns will gain hands-on experience in process analysis within an international Group environment and develop exposure to cross-functional and cross-country collaboration.
