Process Automation Specialist – AI (m/w/d)

The Process Automation Specialist – AI role is a newly created position aimed at integrating artificial intelligence into operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
In this role, you will analyze existing processes within Customer Care, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. Collaborating with external partners, you will develop and implement AI agents from proof of concept to full production. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between operations, IT, and AI partners. Additionally, you will document processes and train teams to independently manage and utilize the implemented AI solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses 2–4 years of experience in operations, process optimization, or business analysis, with a proven track record of successfully automating processes. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to deconstruct complex workflows into manageable steps. Proficiency in APIs, data flows, and system integrations is required, as well as scripting and automation capabilities using Python. Fluency in both German and English at a C1 level or higher is mandatory.
