As a Privacy Counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice on data privacy matters, including compliance with global data protection regulations, data breach response, and privacy risk assessments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement privacy policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to practice law in Illinois. A minimum of five years of experience in data privacy law, with a strong understanding of U.S. and international privacy laws and regulations, is required. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
