Principle Regional Sales Manager
Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Nordic region. This high-impact, customer-facing role involves managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, engaging senior stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver Black Duck's application security solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across the Nordics, engaging senior stakeholders such as CISOs and engineering leadership, collaborating closely with Sales Engineers, Client Managers, SDRs, and Channel/Partner teams, building trusted internal and external relationships, driving growth by selling Black Duck software and services to new and existing customers, and traveling across the Nordic region as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting strategic customer discovery and business problem diagnosis, strong forecasting accuracy, understanding of enterprise software and security concepts, ability to independently analyze complex customer challenges, strong influencing skills to engage senior leaders, proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance, experience in selling enterprise software or IT solutions in complex environments, managing and closing six- or seven-figure enterprise agreements, and effective communication skills with both technical and senior business stakeholders. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
