Principal, Strategic Accounts
The Principal, Strategic Accounts at Divergent is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key aerospace and defense prime contractors. This role involves executing account strategies that drive new program insertions, revenue growth, and long-term customer engagement, aligning with Divergent's commercial priorities. The position offers direct exposure to major defense primes, advanced manufacturing, and real production programs.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary owner for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining multi-year account plans, leading opportunity shaping and customer engagement, and collaborating with capture, engineering, and operations teams on pursuits. The role also requires maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene and forecasting, as well as communicating the Voice of the Customer internally.
Candidates must have the ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls. Preferred qualifications include experience using multiple CRMs, such as Salesforce.
The position is primarily based in Torrance, California, with potential consideration for remote work for the right candidate. Compensation for this role ranges from $179,610 to $246,960 annually, depending on experience and evaluation during the interview process.
