Principal Product Manager, AI Products
Komodo Health is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Products to lead the development of the next generation of AI-powered healthcare solutions. This role involves defining product strategies, building initial product versions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI products. The position is based in the United States, with options for remote work or on-site in San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY.
In this role, you will own the product vision for Komodo Health's AI suite by analyzing customer workflows, setting product direction, and adapting strategies as AI models evolve. You will develop initial product versions using AI tools and platform primitives, working closely with engineering teams to scale successful concepts and discontinue less effective ones. Engaging directly with customers, you will scope solutions during contracting cycles and integrate deployment into the product development process. Additionally, you will shape the product portfolio, determining the evolution, consolidation, or retirement of existing solutions, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product packaging, market analysis, positioning, enablement, and sales execution.
Candidates should have over 10 years of product management experience, including at least one product that generates real revenue. A deep understanding of AI products is essential, encompassing context and grounding, evaluations, quality gates, agent behavior, and cost considerations. Experience in customer environments and navigating contracting cycles with sound real-time judgment is required. Strong written communication skills are necessary to effectively convey product strategies and decisions.
The compensation package includes an annual base salary ranging from $213,000 to $288,000, depending on location and experience.
