Principal Learning Experience Designer
OneTrust is seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer to architect and scale high-impact, release-driven digital education for complex SaaS products. This senior-level individual contributor role is ideal for a proven learning architect who thrives in fast-moving environments and sets the standard for quality, speed, and scalability.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering rapid, release-synchronous eLearning for technical SaaS products using modern authoring tools, primarily Rise. Your duties include converting instructor-led and SME-led content into high-quality, self-directed digital learning that scales globally. Additionally, you will design and maintain new, release-maintenance, and delta-training modules that clearly communicate changes, their significance, and application. Creating microlearning modules of 15 minutes or less and producing high-quality demo and how-to videos with AI audio to teach real workflows and best practices are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, along with over seven years of experience in instructional design or rapid eLearning experience design, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, release-driven environments, or technical platforms. Proven success in delivering rapid eLearning in high-volume, release-driven environments and deep experience in converting instructor-led and technical content into effective self-directed learning are essential. Strong design judgment, project management skills, and proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Snagit are also required.
