Principal Game Designer, Engagement
Epic Games is seeking a Principal Game Designer to address high-level engagement challenges within the Fortnite ecosystem. A deep understanding of player motivations and the effects of goal setting on play is essential. Strong interest in Battle Royale games and the Fortnite ecosystem is preferred. The ability to adapt to changing project needs, make decisive decisions, and own the vision is crucial. Successful candidates will be player-focused, passionate, solutions-oriented, and innovative.
