As a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Data, and Ads teams, the attorney will integrate privacy considerations into the company's operations.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the legal review process for the product lifecycle, ensuring privacy-by-design from the outset. Hands-on experience with adtech data flows, including targeting, measurement, and consent requirements, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives and influence without authority in a high-growth environment.

The starting salary range for this role is $229,412 to $275,311 annually, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Compensation includes equity and bonus opportunities, company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan with company matching, flexible spending accounts, generous paid parental leave, and a remote work stipend. Additional perks support physical, mental, and emotional health, parenting, childcare, and financial planning.
