Principal Associate – IT (BMC Helix)

Eurofins is seeking a Principal Associate – IT (BMC Helix) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on developing, integrating, and maintaining BMC Helix solutions to meet our clients' unique needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals within Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI), a fully owned subsidiary dedicated to supporting Eurofins' global IT business needs.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing BMC Helix applications tailored to business requirements, integrating BMC Helix with enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations, and customizing modules, workflows, and user interfaces to enhance usability. The role also involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix applications, creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in IT service management, with 3 to 5 years specifically in BMC Helix. A strong background in ITIL, BMC Helix ITSM, DWPC, DWPA, and BMC Helix Innovation Studio is essential. Proficiency in integrating BMC Helix with tools such as Intune, SCCM, XSOAR, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Site 24/7 is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and documentation abilities, are required.
