In this role, the consultant will lead and coordinate presales processes, ensuring the development of solutions that meet clients' business goals while adhering to budget and time constraints. Responsibilities include conducting business analyses, gathering client requirements, preparing project scopes, and creating backlogs for estimation. The consultant will also facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for clients, support sales activities, and ensure consistency in recommendations and reports. Collaboration with various competency centers, verticals, and the sales department is essential to drive presales processes effectively.
Ideal candidates should possess strong sales skills, the ability to identify stakeholders, and a deep understanding of IT solutions that deliver measurable business value. Experience in leading workshops, presentations, and public speaking is crucial. A solid grasp of the IT market, current technological and business trends, and familiarity with software development processes and project methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean) are required. The role demands the capacity to analyze existing approaches constructively, recommend alternative solutions, and solve complex business problems using technology.
Compensation for this position includes a net hourly rate of 158 – 226 PLN plus VAT for B2B contracts, or a gross monthly salary of 19,000 – 27,500 PLN for employment contracts. Additional benefits and perks are provided to support the consultant's professional growth and well-being.
