Pre-Litigation Attorney, Personal Injury
Wettermark Keith, a rapidly growing national personal injury firm, is seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their new Nashville office. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement, providing clients with compassionate and professional legal representation during challenging times.
The Pre-Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of personal injury claims during the pre-litigation phase. Key responsibilities include communicating regularly with clients, reviewing police reports and medical records to evaluate case value, drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, coordinating with medical providers, maintaining detailed case notes, and preparing cases for litigation if settlement is not achieved.
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Tennessee, maintaining good standing with the Tennessee Bar. Preferred qualifications include 1–3+ years of experience in personal injury law with a focus on pre-litigation, strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently, and proficiency with case management software such as Filevine, Needles, or Litify.
