Praktikum Inside Sales (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking an intern for the Inside Sales team at our Berlin office. This team serves as the primary contact for medical practices and physicians interested in our AI-driven products, including the AI Telephone Assistant and Consultation Assistant. By providing innovative solutions, we aim to streamline daily operations for healthcare professionals, allowing them to focus more on patient care and advancing the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.
As an intern, you will qualify incoming leads for our AI product portfolio, prepare them for the sales team, and coordinate directly with medical practices to schedule appointments. You'll ensure accurate data management within our CRM system, Salesforce, and act as a crucial link to our onboarding teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey. Additionally, you'll support process optimization within Inside Sales and assist the team with various tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate has a keen interest in sales and seeks to gain practical experience in the field. You should enjoy interacting with clients, possess a friendly and communicative demeanor, and work diligently and responsibly within a team setting. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills are required.
This full-time internship spans six months, based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office per week. Compensation is €1,900 gross per month for mandatory internships and €2,425 gross per month for voluntary internships.
