PMM Lead - Ai products (x/f/m)
As a Product Marketing Lead for AI products at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and user engagement of our innovative AI-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be to deeply understand our users, refine product positioning, orchestrate impactful product launches, and implement a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy to accelerate organic adoption and virality. This position involves close collaboration with Product, Data Science, Brand & Content, Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, and Public Affairs teams to maximize the perceived value and adoption of our AI solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the product marketing vision and objectives for Doctolib France, aligning with the company's global strategy. You will lead the implementation of a PLG strategy, making the product the primary driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention. This involves optimizing onboarding experiences, reducing adoption friction, fostering viral mechanisms, and identifying self-service growth opportunities for our AI solutions. Additionally, you will conduct user research to identify needs and pain points, analyze market trends and competition to inform product roadmaps, and define compelling product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Brand & Content teams. Managing product launches, standardizing best practices, and mentoring teams on operational excellence are also integral to this role.
The ideal candidate possesses 8 to 9 years of experience in Product Marketing, with significant exposure to B2B/Tech environments and AI product launches. A natural leader with the ability to influence and unite cross-functional teams, you have proven expertise in PLG strategy, project management of complex, strategic, and multifunctional projects, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and developing impactful narratives. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and formulate strategic recommendations, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, are essential. Proficiency in both French and English is required.
