Platform Hiring Partner

In this role, the Platform Hiring Partner will be responsible for translating business needs into hiring plans, validating demand against strategy and cost, and coordinating with marketing and sourcing partners. They will activate roles when requirements are complete and monitor progress against hiring dates. Additionally, the partner will advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. They will also coordinate targeted sourcing interventions when pipeline volume declines and proactively address blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role. They should possess at least three years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions. Experience in translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies is essential. The candidate should be comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and have a strong understanding of hiring strategies and market dynamics.
