Doctolib is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer specializing in React to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key player in our engineering department, you will contribute to enhancing our healthcare technology platform, which serves millions of patients and healthcare professionals across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality products that make a meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to develop and maintain React and TypeScript components. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring these components meet performance, accessibility, and scalability standards. Additionally, you will contribute to code quality through comprehensive testing, documentation, and code reviews, while sharing your expertise to continuously improve and evolve Doctolib's frontend architecture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in frontend software engineering with React and TypeScript in production environments. A user-first mindset is essential, with a commitment to building secure, well-tested, and pragmatic code that emphasizes accessibility and performance. A strong understanding of web technologies and software development best practices is required, along with proactive curiosity and a willingness to share knowledge through pair programming and collaboration. Experience with design systems, testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, or Playwright, and familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries are considered advantageous.
