Anduril Industries is seeking a Physical Security Site Lead to oversee security operations at its Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) facility in McHenry, Mississippi. This role involves leading the Security Operations Team, which is dedicated to protecting the company's personnel, assets, and operations through integrated security solutions. The team focuses on proactive risk management, crisis preparedness, threat intelligence, investigations, executive protection, and continuous global monitoring.

The Physical Security Site Lead will provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all physical security functions at the RMS site. Key responsibilities include managing contracted security guard forces, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular physical security assessments, and implementing Anduril's security policies and procedures. The role also involves identifying potential security risks, developing mitigation strategies, managing the security budget, supporting crisis management efforts, leading incident investigations, and collaborating with internal departments and external agencies.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of progressive experience in physical security management, particularly in regional oversight and guard force management. Essential qualifications include experience managing security operations across multiple sites, conducting comprehensive security assessments, managing security budgets, and overseeing contracted security services. A strong understanding of physical security principles, technologies, crisis management, and excellent leadership and communication skills are also required. The ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances and U.S. Person status is necessary.

The salary range for this position is $76,000 to $101,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in most full-time offers.
