The PH - Social Media / Marketing Specialist at MyOutDesk is a remote position based in the Philippines, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to support business growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, managing company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and creating and publishing engaging content, including posts, graphics, and short-form videos. The specialist will also monitor social media trends, track and analyze performance metrics, support digital marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with email marketing, website content, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, with proven experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating engaging social media content, and familiarity with major social media platforms are essential. Additional qualifications include experience with social media management and analytics tools, basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, and strong organizational and project management skills.
