Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney

This role involves managing pre-litigation personal injury cases, primarily focusing on premises liability. The firm is committed to providing excellent client service and upholding the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies.

As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will handle all pre-litigation tasks, including drafting and filing documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and maintaining high standards of client service. Your responsibilities will also include conducting examinations under oath (EUOs), taking recorded statements, and managing the release approval process.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, with a proven ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership skills, excellent client service and communication abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A desire to become part of a trial team is also important.
