In this role, the attorney will manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury cases, primarily focusing on automotive incidents. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. The attorney will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the team.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
