Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury cases, primarily focusing on premises liability. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as completing the Flip-to-Lit approval, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and managing the release approval process.

Ideal candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and a desire to become part of a trial team are essential.
