Personal Injury Paralegal – Pre-Litigation & Litigation

The Law Offices of Adrianos Facchetti, a high-performing personal injury firm based in Burbank, California, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. This role involves managing both pre-litigation and litigation cases, providing critical support to our attorneys, and ensuring seamless case progression. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and routine motions. Your duties will include assisting with trial preparation, mediation briefs, deposition scheduling, and document review. Managing deadlines, court filings, and service of process will be essential, as well as maintaining professional communication with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Organizing medical records, bills, and evidence, and preparing settlement demand packages will also be key aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation, with strong writing and organizational skills. The ability to handle deadlines and work independently is crucial. Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to serve a diverse client base.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $5,500 to $6,500 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes 10 paid U.S. holidays, 10 additional PTO days, and a fully paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s. This is a fully remote position, operating on Pacific Time business hours, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
