Performance Marketing Manager
FeverUp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of high-impact experiences. This role is integral to driving demand, enhancing visibility, and fostering long-term growth for both exclusive partner events and Fever Originals. The successful candidate will join a dynamic marketing team dedicated to revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing compelling, scalable marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, with a primary focus on Meta platforms, as well as Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. The role involves close collaboration with Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and define strategies that maximize regional growth. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure unified and impactful marketing execution.
The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in digital and growth marketing, demonstrating deep expertise in Meta platforms and strong performance across Google, TikTok, and other paid digital channels. A highly analytical mindset is essential, with a strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making. Excellent executive communication skills are required, along with a native or bilingual level of English; additional languages are considered a plus. A strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, as is experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer technology.
