Performance Marketing Lead
Octopus Electroverse is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive the growth of its Octopus Electroverse and Octopus Fleet products. This role involves leading the execution and optimization of paid media budgets across all digital channels within a dynamic and innovative team environment.
The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. Key duties include defining campaign structures, targeting frameworks, and bid strategies to achieve performance goals, as well as managing budget allocations and making data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and revenue. The role also involves analyzing performance data, conducting in-depth keyword research, and collaborating with data and web teams to ensure accurate tracking and conversion setup.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in digital growth and optimization within paid media. Proficiency in Google Ads & Analytics, Apple Search Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to campaign optimization, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. An understanding of audience targeting, writing styles, and tone of voice is also important. While detailed knowledge of electric vehicles or e-mobility is not required, a genuine interest in the industry is essential.
