Performance Marketer
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to establish and lead our performance marketing function. This role involves building systems, playbooks, and workflows to drive customer acquisition and expansion as part of our Digital Marketing Studio. The successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, collaborating closely with product marketing, field marketing, GTM operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring accountability for engagement, pipeline, and ROI targets. The role requires hands-on involvement in ad copy, creative development, and landing page creation. Additionally, the candidate will design and manage the performance marketing measurement stack, launch and optimize global paid programs across various channels, and contribute to SEO/AEO/GEO strategies.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in performance marketing execution across paid search and social channels, preferably in a B2B/B2G context. They should demonstrate the ability to build performance marketing systems from scratch, possess deep expertise in channel evaluation and optimization, and have hands-on experience with incrementality or causal measurement frameworks. Familiarity with DSPs, OOH formats, AI-native workflows, and modern BI/analytics tools is also desired.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $165,000 annually, along with benefits, equity, and potential bonuses. Compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and work location. Additional information on benefits is available upon request.
