Performance Executive, Social

As a Performance Executive specializing in Social at WPP Media, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of biddable social media campaigns across multiple accounts and markets. This role involves providing guidance to teams working on various brands and supporting the development of business capabilities across accounts.

Key responsibilities include managing the planning, execution, and reporting of performance across multiple accounts and markets, setting expectations and delivering on multiple projects concurrently, achieving performance KPIs for clients to demonstrate the value of paid social to clients and internal teams, providing meaningful insights and analysis in client reports, maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing, and training yourself to be proficient in basic digital concepts.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of all paid social mechanisms and their implications, typically acquired with at least 1-2 years of progressive experience. Strong command of the English language and confidence in client communication are essential. Prior experience with multiple clients' basic social implementations and optimizations is preferred, along with experience managing medium to large budget campaigns.
