Performance Director

Teads is seeking a Performance Director to join their Commercial & Operations team in Sydney, Australia, for a 10-month maternity leave replacement starting in November 2026. This role focuses on mid- and low-funnel performance products across native, display, and Connected TV (CTV) in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, ANZ, the Performance Director will collaborate with Sales, Demand Operations, Client Services, and Publishing teams to drive commercial ROI and campaign effectiveness.
