THE ROLE

Paid has suffered from a lack of long-term creative ownership, We’re building a dedicated Performance Creative squad to fix that — permanently.

You will own the strategy behind the ads that scale Heidi globally. Your job is not just to “make ads” — it’s to build a creative system that compounds.

This is a role for someone who wants to run performance creative like a startup within the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. CREATIVE STRATEGY THAT SCALES

- Define the creative roadmap across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels

- Build structured testing frameworks (hooks, formats, angles, ICPs, offers)

- Turn performance insights into repeatable creative playbooks

- Identify global vs local creative needs across UK, Canada, US, ANZ and emerging markets

2. INSIGHT → CONCEPT → ITERATION LOOP

- Write high-performance briefs grounded in data and clinician pain points

- Bridge the gap between media and design
