Questel is seeking a dedicated People & Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our Human Resources department, focusing on managing payroll processes and supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the company.

The primary responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The administrator will manage and maintain payroll records, including employee information, tax withholdings, and other deductions. Additionally, the role involves preparing and distributing payroll reports and statements, assisting with year-end payroll processes such as W-2 preparation, and resolving payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in payroll administration. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
