ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Partner based in India to play a critical role in supporting our growing team in India while being an integral part of the People & Culture team in Canada. This role is a unique mix of People Partnership and Operations, ensuring that our India team is supported, engaged and aligned with Loopio’s culture and business goals. If you’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering an exceptional employee experience, we’d love to meet you!

This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India. To accommodate the time zone differences, you will be expected to work from 12 pm - 8 pm IST

💻 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

People Partnership (80%)

- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted People Partner for Loopers in the India Hub, working closely with leaders and employees to drive engagement, development and retention.

- Employee Experience & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by implementing engagement strategies, championing company culture and leading local employee experience initiatives.

- Performance & Talent Development: Support managers in coaching, feedback and performance conversations while helping employees navigate career growth opportunities.

- People Operations & Compliance: Ensure People policies, compensation, and benefits align with local labor laws and company practices. Collaborate with legal and finance teams as needed.

- Change Management & Organizational Development: Partner with leaders on organizational changes, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

- HR Programs & Processes: Support the rollout of global People programs in India, such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination (Deel), and compliance.
