THE ROLE

We're looking for a proactive and creative operator to join our team as our first in-market People Ops hire. Based in Dakar, you'll support the employee lifecycle not only for Capi Senegal, but also Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Mali, Kenya, Benin, Togo, and additional markets as we grow!

You'll be the friendly face and trusted point-of-contact for new joiners across Francophone and Anglophone African markets, ensuring fast, smooth, compliant onboarding and an outstanding employee experience.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the foundations of People Operations across multiple countries and build scalable systems from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Regional People Operations

- Serve as the primary People Ops contact for team members across Senegal, CIV, Mali, Kenya, Benin, Togo, and future markets.

- Partner with local HR teams through our EOR platforms to ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
