Join our dynamic HR Team as a People Operations - Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role is pivotal in streamlining HR services, including payroll, benefits, and other HR-related functions on an international scale. As a key contributor, you'll ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and deliver exceptional support to employees across multiple countries.
In this position, you will own and scale payroll operations across international locations, liaising with external providers to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, monitoring and reporting on salary costs, acting as a point of contact for employees on payroll and benefits queries, coordinating with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues efficiently, overseeing the administration of employee benefits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in payroll and benefits, with exposure to international payroll being a plus. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required, and additional languages are an asset. Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets are essential, along with familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Personio is an advantage. Key competencies include strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach committed to process optimization.
