People Operations Data Analyst

The analyst will serve as the primary resource for People data insights, collaborating closely with HR and Talent teams to improve processes through data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include developing automated dashboards and reports to monitor key People metrics, utilizing SQL and data visualization tools to streamline workflows and identify trends, automating internal People processes to boost efficiency, and ensuring data quality and consistency across People systems and reports.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in similar roles and hold a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A strong analytical mindset is essential, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools. The role requires a curious, problem-solving approach, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and fluency in English.
