People Manager
WPP Media is seeking a proactive and empathetic People Manager to join our dynamic People Team. In this critical role, you will ensure a consistently positive and compliant employee experience from onboarding through offboarding. As part of WPP Media, the AI-driven media operating unit of WPP, you will contribute to delivering creative personalization at scale for the world's leading brands.
Key responsibilities include facilitating engaging new hire orientations, conducting regular check-ins with employees, and providing expert guidance on HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, and leave administration. You will also manage offboarding processes, conduct confidential exit interviews, and analyze feedback to enhance employee retention and overall experience.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience. A strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in HRIS management and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture are also required.
