People & Culture Administrator
Visier Solutions Inc., a global leader in Workforce Intelligence, is seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for accurately managing all assigned People & Culture operations tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and other employee lifecycle events. They will identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within employee lifecycle workflows. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date process documentation and improving self-service capabilities for employees by managing a high-quality knowledge base. Supporting talent acquisition processes, such as candidate screening, interviews, scheduling, and reference checks, is also a key aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience. They should demonstrate a strong bias to action, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. Curiosity about AI and its applications in the workplace, as well as the ability to build connections with colleagues across the organization, are also important qualities for this role.
Visier offers a competitive salary and top-tier health and wellness benefits. The base pay range for this position is CAD 50,000 to CAD 65,000 per year, plus bonus. Additional compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
