People Business Partner - Product & Engineering
As a People Business Partner for Product and Engineering at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders during a period of rapid growth and change. CoreWeave, founded in 2017 and publicly traded since March 2025, is a leading cloud platform for AI, providing enterprises and AI labs with advanced solutions for accelerated computing. This role is central to enhancing organizational health and employee experience within the Product and Engineering teams.
In this position, you will enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and growth. Your responsibilities include owning and driving core people processes, balancing executional rigor with speed, identifying patterns early, surfacing insights quickly, and helping leaders course-correct before people challenges impact delivery. The focus is on reducing friction, increasing clarity, and amplifying leadership impact as the organization scales.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leaders, translating business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. You should be adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stepping into details when needed to ensure people programs deliver measurable impact. Proficiency in leveraging data, observations, and experience to identify recurring patterns and synthesize them into clear actions for leaders is essential. Additionally, experience in managing organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions, transparency, and business continuity, is required.
The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
