People Budget Specialist

In this role, the specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining payroll financial models and controls, supporting the definition of assumptions, methodologies, and budget and forecast cycles. The position involves close collaboration with the People, Finance, and Payroll teams to support monthly payroll tracking and variance analysis, as well as participating in the implementation of governance routines and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and tools.
Candidates should have experience with payroll budgeting, payroll planning, or people financial planning, along with a background in process structuring or improvement. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and clear communication skills are essential. A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset is also important. Experience in technology companies or fast-growing environments and exposure to international or multi-country payroll are considered advantageous.
