The Payroll Risk & Compliance Expert for the Latin America (LATAM) region at Remote is responsible for ensuring payroll compliance across multiple countries within LATAM. This role involves deep expertise in local legislation, translating complex rules into scalable processes, systems, and documentation to ensure Remote meets and anticipates regulatory standards. The position requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Legal teams to embed compliance into the foundations of Remote's global payroll platform.
