Payments and Partnership Operations Specialist - South East Asia
EBANX is seeking a Technical Payments & Analytics Specialist to oversee and enhance payment processing operations across Southeast Asia, beginning with the Philippines. This role is integral to ensuring the stability and competitiveness of EBANX's payment services in the region. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Operations team dedicated to delivering accurate, efficient, and reliable payment solutions that impact millions of transactions worldwide.
The primary responsibilities include owning the operational health of key payment partners, focusing on wallets and card payments, and monitoring key performance indicators such as transaction success rates, latency, API performance, and settlement accuracy. The specialist will act as the main interface between EBANX and partner technical teams, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Additionally, the role involves analyzing large datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities, proposing and implementing improvements in payment flows, routing logic, and operational processes to increase approval rates and efficiency.
Candidates should have strong experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services, particularly with cards, wallets, acquiring, or payment gateways. A solid analytical and technical background is essential, including experience working with data using SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar platforms. The role requires experience in monitoring and improving KPIs and operational performance, the ability to work closely with technical teams, strong problem-solving skills, and advanced English communication abilities.
