Patient Growth Marketing Manager (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Patient Growth Marketing Manager to lead patient acquisition and enhance the company's brand presence. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient engagement and appointment bookings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with B2B, Sales, and Brand teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing 360° marketing plans that integrate both organic and paid channels to drive patient appointments. The role requires analyzing campaign performance, patient behaviors, and market trends to optimize return on investment. Additionally, the manager will design marketing tools for practitioners, such as in-office visual materials, to facilitate new patient acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of marketing experience with a strong business and strategic orientation. Proficiency in managing comprehensive marketing plans that combine organic and paid channels is essential. A solid understanding of brand positioning, campaign management, and the ability to evolve a brand is required. Expertise in data analysis, including marketing analytics, dashboard creation, and return on investment management, is also necessary.
Doctolib offers a competitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €75,000, along with benefits such as free health insurance for employees and their children, a Parent Care Program providing an additional month of leave beyond legal parental leave, and free mental health and coaching services.
