Parts Advisor, Natick

Key responsibilities include effectively managing parts inventory by anticipating and addressing business needs, maintaining accurate inventory control systems, ordering and receiving parts for repairs, and ensuring efficient stocking. The role also involves managing parts transfers between service locations, generating parts estimates for customers and insurance companies, staying updated on part revisions, achieving high First Time Fill Rates (FTFR), organizing parts warranty returns, interpreting automotive terminology for accurate parts ordering, and promoting accessory sales.

Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Service Parts Advisor, with a strong track record of efficiently dispatching parts to technicians. Proficiency in parts catalog searches, willingness to obtain forklift certification, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Familiarity with basic computer applications and a valid driver's license with no recent suspensions are also necessary.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation range of $28 to $38 per hour, along with a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401(k).
