In this role, the Partnerships Operations Lead is responsible for developing and optimizing operational tools and processes for sales and partnership teams, with a particular emphasis on partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling. The individual will design, test, and implement end-to-end processes and tools in collaboration with sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams. Additionally, the role involves identifying optimization opportunities across the entire sales funnel and incorporating them into the strategic roadmap through efficiency and impact analyses.
The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of relevant professional experience in sales operations, partnership operations, or project management. They should have a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, as well as knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant tools such as automation, analytics, and business intelligence platforms, is essential. Fluency in German (C2 level) and very good English skills (C1 level) are required.
