Partner Project Manager
FeverUp is seeking a Partner Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of major events and partnerships, from contract signing to event completion. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and high partner satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions that align with Fever’s expertise and goals. The Partner Project Manager will oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure timely and seamless execution, while tracking actions and progress. Additionally, the role involves monitoring partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to support continuous growth, as well as gathering and analyzing partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification with a project management background and at least 3 years of experience in project management or consulting. Fluency in English and German is required; additional language skills are a plus. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
